Does run shell script work in Indigo 24.2

I can't seem to get my shell scripts to work and the only thing that I have changed is the version of indigo.

Does the run shell script still work - is anyone using it with indigo 24.2, Thanks

Have you run this from the command line? Sometimes, macOS will need permission to do stuff and it might prompt you to allow it so you should do "always allow" if prompted.

Also, have you tried using the Server Actions->Run Apple Shortcut action instead?

FYI, I also tried:

/usr/bin/say testing

in the Run Shell Script action and it worked as well.

Hi, I never got this to work - since I was upgrading to a new machine I decided to do it a different way with Home Assistant Agent - that way I did not have to run Soros and I did not even install it on the new machine to test more with it.

Then I noticed the error in the log when I was restarting the server - it is still happening - I don’t get any permission requests from the OS. So not sure what is going on.

Hi, I never got this to work - since I was upgrading to a new machine I decided to do it a different way with Home Assistant Agent - that way I did not have to run Soros and I did not even install it on the new machine to test more with it.

Did you try the say command as I show above? If not, it's unfortunate - it would have been useful for trying to track down things.

I don't believe they are related, but since I can't reproduce and you didn't try the run shell script suggestion above, I can't really diagnose further.

It's a bug in Sonoma 14.7.5 so it isn't related to your run shell script issue.
