Adding Bridge to HomeKit App Help [Fixed. Wrong Wifi running on Mac]

I have been using HomeKit Link Siri successfully for year but some recent SW update must have messed something up. All devices went to No Response and everything I normally do to fix it failed. I have restarted, reinstalled the plugin and all of the companion tools. I am totally stumped. I would be incredibly grateful for anyone's guidance. Here is my log:

Hi,

Logging looks fine.

No response is a pretty broad ranging issue.

Check the troubleshooting forum post - which has some connection troubleshooting - this can be firewall, connection, a whole host of similar issues:

Can try advanced settings Ipversion to v4only - which was a few versions ago the default.

Thanks. I figured it out. It turns out that somehow my Mac auto-connected to my guest wifi instead of my main network and that caused the issue. I am somewhat surprised this even effected things as my Mac's primary network connection is ethernet not wifi but switching back to the main wifi network fixed it.

That certainly would do it!

The advanced settings let you specific a IP address to both advertise the homekitBridge on and run the homekitBridge server on. Probably would fix the issue with 2 networks connected - but also a nothing level of complexity….
