HomeKit Bridge problem after changing to new Mini

I'm getting this error after switching over to a newer Mac Mini. Everything else in Indigo seems to be working.

Cancel and open System Preferences -->Security & Privacy--> General.

On the bottom of this window is a section named "Allow apps downloaded from:" There will be a message asking you to Allow this extension, but you will need to unlock the Pref first.
