Hue issue when lights are powered off

one observation for Hue lights users:

when you have hue light bulbs that are physically off and the hue bridge tries to push updates, the bridge (pro) drops network connections - my hue plugin had timeouts every hour at exactly every full hour +2-5 seconds. The plugin auto reconnects though.

After I powered the lights on and they received their update the timeouts are gone.

cool - that was fun and it took me about a day to figure out
