Nest Heat Setpoint

When I'm in heat/cool mode it looks like iMinimumSetpoint and iHeatSetpoint are the high and low set points.
They seem to sometimes be different from the nest app by 1 degree.
Is this expected ??
Has anyone seen this ?

Also, When I switch to Heat mode I can't find a device state that seems to match my current settings in the nest app.
Can someone help me identify the correct heat setpoint device state for heat only mode and cool only mode.
