Steps to setup Airfoil

I've read the Airfoil Wiki, but it doesn't list the setup procedure to get Airfoil working with Indigo. Does anyone have a step by step procedure for getting loaded and Airfoil working with Indigo? Steps like where does the app need to reside, does it need to be launched, parameters that need to be set, how to set up speakers, et...,,,,

Any help would be appreciated.

Not a step by step guide, but Airfoil needs to be installed on the same machine as your Indigo server. Ensure that there is only one instance of Airfoil on your machine. The Airfoil plugin should automatically detect Airfoil and give you a list of variables related to your airplay devices listed by Airfoil. There really easy much more to set-up apart from setting up your actions groups.

Setting up Airfoil itself is a task for the Airfoil documentation (in Airfoil, select the Help->Airfoil Manual menu item). Once it's set up (on the same Mac as your Indigo server as Colin points out), then I believe the Airfoil Plugin docs are pretty complete. Is there something in particular that's not working for you or you have questions about?
