Thanks for Housepad - in all seems very stable

However having issue in Native Rendering control panel - view where lamp status is not updated or shown. Ie all lamps show off when some on etc. does change the status by pressing. Webview does work correctly.

I suspect that I can guess what you are running into... Normally custom images that choose which image are shown based on a state (or variable value) are included with a plus sign (+) at the end of the variable name. However, some of Indigo's built-in icons change state without you having selected the image with the + sign at the end of it.

I have on my task list to investigate if this is just because it is built in so Indigo Touch/web "knows" or if I have a bug in the program that is failing to identify that as needing a resolution of which image to show.

The quick fix is to find that image, duplicate it and add a plus sign. SO:
Lamp.png... duplicate to Lamp+.png and select the Lamp+ image as the state image in your control page.

Hello Good People,

Just wanted to report how using HousesPad has streamlined my setup.

Before:
When the mailbox sensor was triggered, an apple-script would take a photo and MMS it to my cellphone. This worked most of the time, but there had been times when a MMS message would not have arrived for hours, sometimes days! (Goofy Cellular Network).

Now:
When the mailbox sensor is triggered, HousePad Indigo plugin sends me a notification. I have created a ControlPage that will display the most recent images.
The results are much faster, and I have the visual results right there from within the HousePad app.
So no more need send and be waiting for an MMS alert that may be time sensitive.

Hmmmm...maybe we could have a HousePad Sharing thread
