Airfoil volume control down but not up!

This forum is where we've moved the discussions of the original Airfoil plugin that shipped with Indigo 5/6 (and is now open source). You may continue to ask questions in this subforum, just make sure that it's not about the new Airfoil Pro plugin that shipped with Indigo 7 (ask those questions below).

Hi

Using Airfoil 4.8.3, Indigo 6.0.11, and Airfoil plugin 1.1.4

I have a set of Airplay speakers I play sound to using Airfoil on the same machine that runs my Indigo server. So far, I have been using connect/disconnect functions only for a long time; works great.

I have been starting to integrate individual volume control and very strange behaviour: the Volume Down function works fine on any speaker but the Volume Up function does not work on any Airfoil speaker. The Set Volume function (to an absolute value) works fine.

Anyone seen this before?

Yep, you found a bug. Send an email to indigo DASH support AT perceptiveautomation DOT com and we'll get you a prerelease version of the plugin.

The fix will be included in the next general Indigo release (6.0.12).
