HousePad Android Client 0.8.14 - can not access devices?

Hi

I just installed the cool app HousePad Android Client (and have also installed the latest HousePad Indigo Plugin).

I have no problem accessing for example the control pages but when I try to access Devices directly I just get the error "Unknown error encountered".

Accessing the devices directly via a web page works fine.

I can not also either find the "Configure Android Client" submenu in the configuration of HousePad Indigo Plugin. I can see the standard configuration menu of the HousePad plugin.

The Devices section on the Android application should be independent of the plugin -- the plugin is only necessary for push notifications and device/variable history retrieval. So let's address the client application itself first...

It sounds as if HousePad may be having trouble parsing the device list for some reason - haven't had any reports of this so best to look at your data specifically. If you would, please go into Settings and at the button enter your forum username in the Unique Identifier field, then go back to the devices screen to get the error. That will allow me to look up the error in the logs and see what the details of the error are (instead of just the generic error message).

Ok I have now generated the error two time with the User-Selected Identifier set to "CrazyFin".

@CrazyFin - Sorry for the delay, but I have found the issue you were having with viewing your devices... this is a version still in testing, but welcome to try it out as it should fix your issue:

Have some other minor issues but will post them in separate threads to keep them separated.

Great to have a working Android app as well and not just for iPads...

Now I just have to start creating all those fancy control pages...
