[SOLVED]Airfoil plugin doesn't show a device to select.

This forum is where we've moved the discussions of the original Airfoil plugin that shipped with Indigo 5/6 (and is now open source). You may continue to ask questions in this subforum, just make sure that it's not about the new Airfoil Pro plugin that shipped with Indigo 7 (ask those questions below).

I'm running Airfoil 4.8.3 with Indigo 4.0.10 on Mavericks. While it seemed to be connected, I couldn't create a device with Airfoil. After several unsuccessful attempts, I gave up and started doing something with the iTunes plugin. Then when creating an iTunes scheduled event, I noticed "Airfoil Actions" showed up in the iTunes action list.

Strange?!

But it worked.

The Airfoil plugin doesn't create devices in Indigo so I'm not following you. It only adds events and actions.
