Getting the longitude/latitude from Indigo's preferences

How do I get, from a plugin, the effective longitude/latitude used by Indigo - the one it uses for its dawn/dusk calculations, the one it either got from OS X or from the override preference in the app?

(Why? To hand it off to a weather service, of course. :-))

indigo.server.getLatitudeAndLongitude()
