Devices.xml validation

Hi the Devices.xml file doesn't validate when this line from the documentation is used:

<ValueType boolType=”OnOff”>Boolean</ValueType>
Indigo 7 w/ Dual-Band 2413U PLM
macOS High Sierra 10.13.x
2011 iMac 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7

It's working fine here. Post the entire <State> element that it's in and the error it's throwing in the Event Log.
