Matter coordinator

A new thread for the coordinator side of the Matter plugin, that controls Matter devices within Indigo, over Thread or Wifi.

A major release in the hardening of the coordinator side of the plugin with an indigo device created for the base Matter node (as all other Home Automation systems do) and then related devices for the functionality nodes.
For those that have created devices already you might see a few changes but this gives a much more solid and grounded in Matter specs representation of the device.

Any questions or concerns before upgrading, please ask.

For new users, a Matter device now will create a base device in Indigo for connectivity, firmware id, and power / batter details, and then a linked device for each capability, ie temperature, humidity, motion etc. These are all linked, and deleting one will delete all, so hide devices you arent interested in.
