Plex Client Address Issue

Hi
Just installed the 2026.1.0 Plugin and created a server and client device.
The client device seems to be populating most states OK except the client address - so I can't seem to get any actions to work

I've restarted the plex server, client and plugin but can't seem to get it to work - any suggestions pretty please?
