Red Level Displays Temporature

Recently embarked on adjusting Hue colors with Touch layout but my Red Level always displays Whit Temperature instead. I've tried pretty much everything but getting nowhere. This is only for me so not a huge issue but I haven't found any other instances of this so I must be missing something.
