How to?

So trying to generate some new Presets, and forgot how to do it. Was looking for some instructions but didn't find them, so just point me in the right direction.

The presets I have are pretty much all the same;

AT=S,M=C,ON=0,H=217.0,S=62.0,B=83.0

Not sure what AT, M, or ON are for, but H, S, and B are for Hue Saturation & Brightness.

I can set a color via the iOS app, and see the the HS&B values, and manually enter that info into a variable, but am wondering if there is a "magic" way of getting that data from a Lifix device into a preset in Indigo......

There is a section towards the bottom that explains how to set a prefix from the current values of the LIFX light.
