Robotic Vac support
Now :)that iOS 18.4 “supports” Robotic vacs, would it be possible to have support for them added to this plugin? I’m hoping I’ll be able to get it working with my vac that’s added to indigo via @racarter’s wonderful Tuya plugin rather than via my current rather janky virtual switches mapped to action groups solution. Thanks

Probably not.
18.4 only supports robot vacuums through Matter.

And some linked aspects for some of the background.
So unless there is a Matter plugin somewhere - it seems unlikely they will come to homekit
And if they do come - is also the issue that obviously they aren't Indigo devices... so would need individual plugin custom devices supported for whatever robot vacuum type plugins are out there, at least 2 Tuya/iroomba...

Yeah I had a feeling Matter was going to be a blocker here!

Erm, Mike, have you been holding out on me? You have a Matter vacuum to test?? Let’s go. This was going to be an ask to who had one and could help me test the Matter plugin with a device type that isn’t supported on zigbee and zwave and is a real difference on why Matter matters.
