All devices not reachable

Hi all,

At my father’s home the home app seems not working properly. All Hue devices are working perfectly, but the devices added through the HomeKitLink plugin are shown as not reachable.
I feel the Home app needs to be updated, but my iCloud user is just a guest and I see the notification update, but my father on his iPhone does not have the update notification in the settings.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Problem solved: I created a new bridge, moved the devices from the old one to new and everything works fine now
