Smappee Controller Version 2023.0.3 (Pre-Release)

I have uploaded a Python 3 compatible version of the Smappee plugin. :)

It is available here: Smappee Pre-Release

I have tested the plugin as best I can and am using it in 'production' for my electricity but not for gas any longer as I now have a Smart Meter.

Assuming all is OK, in due course I will make it the current release and upload it to the Indigo Plugin Store.
