Request for more Sensor Types in MQTT Shims Plugin.

Hey Joe,

I'd like to see some additional sensor types for the MQTT Shims plugin that would be helpful for wind speed and rain amount data I'm capturing, specifically:

- Velocity (mph)
- Length (")
