Device list missing, dropdown empty

I'm using 2022.13.44 of the plugin. I noticed that a few hue devices missing and went to add them but the drop down for selecting a device is empty (SEE PIC)
I had read about a new feature in the plugin that auto detects new devices. I checked the Plugin config and the box for every 5sec is checked. Advice alway appreciated.

I've tried rebooting router and server without results. I can still controll Hue lights but I can't add any new devices. Have I reached a limit?

Another strange thing is happening. I can see that the auto bridge scan is adding two lights to my devices with the names of; "Hue_light_0_43_Hue ambiance lamp 1" and "Hue_light_0_32_Hue ambiance lamp 1"

Hoping that one of the two lights added by the bridge scan was the one I wanted I tried turning it off/on from Indigo but nothing happens to the light I want to control...I can't seem to find what light it is in the house.

The second of the two lights that was added from the bridge scan was a bathroom light that was changed a few weeks back (which I thought was added when I changed the bulb). I changed the name from "Hue_light_0_32_Hue ambiance lamp 1" to "Master Bath Right" and a few seconds later I get a new light from scan that shows as disconnected that says "Hue_light_0_32_Master Bath Right" plus I still have my Master Bath Right.

I wonder if my bridge is failing?

I counted 67 instances in Indigo labeled "Hue Device" which included groups and accessories (49 actual devices and 1 accessory...the rest are "groups". I recall a 50 device limit but I thought that was mostly a performance issue vs it stops recognizing devices after 50.

Could you please do a
menu/print… some where at the bottom of menu
Select lights Print
then groups.
Then bridges overview ..


Then email that output to me.

the hue bridge has several limits:

# of light
# of sensors
# of groups
..
# of total devices
they all need to share total memory

in my experience it is not the number of lights but the number of sensors ie dimmers that sets the limit:
one of my bridges "crashed" when i added one more dimmer. Then several things stoped working.
I clicked on something like free xxx, then all my lights disappeared, major duster, i had to reinstall / configure all lights and sensors and groups.

I now have 4 bridges. That is the maximum as zigbee uses 4 channels in the 2.4 GHz , They are side bands of wifi. I don't think that 2 bridges can use the same band.

the max # of lights I have are 30 on a bridge and max 15 dimmers (they become 75 total internal sensors)

My choices from the plugin drop down menu are; id, type, model id, name and group.

Printed and sent the file.
