Can't create a ZLM device

This issue seems to have resurfaced. Its not in the list of devices when trying to create a new device,

and is greyed out in existing devices.

Any thoughts?

Is the plugin installed and up to date?

Is your Mac using case-sensitive filenames? (They aren't by default but some users have their Mac installed to be so)

Case sensitive filenames are enabled, Here is the directory listing of the plugin contents as installed.
