My People Plugin Version 2.0.02 - Logging Update

Hopefully my ninja like copy/paste skills worked. I harvested the logging menu and such from one of FlyingDiver's plugins to add logging options to my plugin.

Under plugin config, you can select the type of logging you want. As far as I can tell it's working as expected. In my plugin I only have debug and warning logs. So if you set it at anything above debug, the plugin should run silent.
