Can't validate login

Post by rgspb »

I'm using version 7.5.3 with Indio 2021.1.1 and High Sierra and keep getting Invalid login in the setup. I've triple checked my login credentials and they are correct. What do I try next?

Make sure your client version and server versions are the same

Of Indigo? I've only got the server running.

Turn on debug logging and restart the plug-in.

That did it, thank you! I still can't setup any devices but at least I'm able to log in.

I am having the same auth problem with the MyQ server... I tried updating to the latest prerelease, but I get these errors:

Code: Select all

Upgrading plugin MyQ to newer version 7.7.1 (previous version moved to trash)
   Loading plugin "MyQ 7.7.1"
Starting plugin "MyQ 7.7.1" (pid 87273)
   Started plugin "MyQ 7.7.1"
   MyQ Starting MyQ
MyQ Error Error in plugin execution startup:

  File "/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/subprocess.py", line 1047, in _execute_child

MyQ Warning Unknown writing to subprocess: ''Plugin' object has no attribute 'pymyq''
MyQ Warning Unknown writing to subprocess: ''Plugin' object has no attribute 'pymyq''
Is this because I'm on Indigo 7.5.0 with MacOS Mojave?

Thanks,
Matt

If you don't have Python3 installed per the instructions in the Beta 7.6.0 thread, then it won't work.
