New install - cant log in.

have a liftmaster garage door w myq wall opener and the myq home bridge - which i cant get to work w home kit. so figured id give this a shot w my myq app log in.

Looks like you're running an older version of MacOS. Needs to be High Sierra or later.

just upgraded the mac os to high sierra and now the powerlinc 2413U has a red line through it

You need to ask for help for that in the Insteon forum. It's not a MyQ issue.
