UK Smart Meter Users - no hardware required (Maybe)

If anyone has a SMETS2 Smart meter and wants to get some basic usage data into Indigo then the latest pre-release version should be able to retrieve electricity usage through the day (if you want instantaneous you need to buy the hardware).

This is a test version only, and will require a free account for the Bright App from Hildebrand. I say test version as I cannot test it as I have the hardware and "unplugging it" does not work in simulating having no device.

If anyone is interested in testing it without the hardware then please let me know, and I will work with you to get it going, as far as I can see the calls are all working.

For those people with the hardware it adds the following capabilities :-

1) Consumption devices are now configurable to display in the device UI as £ or pence.

2) Realised that during my testing if the IHD/CAD is unplugged, it does not error it just waits forever for the next MQTT, added logic to error if a message is not received after 60s
