Yale YRD not responding

I am attempting to move my Z-Wave system from Nexia to Indigo.
I'm using a MacBook with a Homeseer Smartstick. This combination has been working for over a year.
I unenrolled my Yale from Nexia.
I enrolled it in Indigo (7.5) and it is visible in the devices screen. The lock and unlock button do nothing.
I added the Wave Lock Manager plugin and then added a Lock Manager device.
When clicking Edit Device Settings, I simply get a pull down list that allows me to select the lock, and save.
I don't see anywhere that I can specify user codes, or automate the lock.
It seems like something very basic is missing.
If I select the lock itself, the lock/unlock buttons make a log entry, and also incorrectly state the condition of the lock, but the lock does nothing.
A keypad entry at the lock does not show in the log.

I could use some suggestions.

Did you include it to the Indigo system with encryption enabled? Locks need encryption.

Yes, I used the encryption, and I recall the log file saying something about it grabbed the encryption key successfully.

Look for "Z-Wave Lock/Code Manager" under Trigger Type, Schedule>Action and Action Groups.
