Moved Mac now all devices showing as 'No Response'

As above - I moved from my 2018 Mac mini over to the M1 Mac mini.
Everything else is working except my Apple Homekit which is showing all devices as 'No Response'

I've tried rebuilding the library but I'm not getting anything to work, or any errors.

Any pointers please?
