Issue with Garage Door Statuses

Hi everyone,

I'm noticing aberrant behavior around garage door states in HKB. Wonder if I'm doing something wrong. See the pic below - both of the doors' states are closed in Indigo, however Home is reporting one to be open. What am I missing here?
