Man, you didn't add in this entry and now it's blown out after upgrading to 1.7.10

I never received an answer to my question about what capabilities the device has. Full RGB capable? Color temperature capable? Dimming only? Also, what make/model is it? Once I have those details, I can add it in, but not until then. For faster device specific support, debug log output showing the device details from the Hue bridge itself is most helpful.

That does not answer any of my questions. If you want it added, you or someone else with the bulb will need to answer the questions. Until then, it won’t be included in any future release.
