Beacon disappeared

Hi all,

today, suddenly, the XY3 beacon disappeared from Indigo; I still have inside the XY app and it beeps, everything fine, but it disappeared I cannot get it back.
My wife's beacon is still there.

What happened? How can I get it back?

What do you mean with disappeared?
It expired
indigo device is gone
...
And which version are you using?

I recall ... That the xy3 goes into a different mode when the iPhone zu app is running. It does not send ibeacons signals.

So try to switch off the xy app. And then check if the come back.

I tried that, but it does not appear in the device list (but it is seen by the iOS app)

Can you reset the ignore list( in menu)
Then accept new beacons in config set to 65. And put your xy3 next to an rpi

That should read it if it sends signals.

Set to 65 ( -dbm) to ignore junk coming from the street
