How to keep a log of all lock events?

Maybe it's my sleep deprivation but I can't figure out how to use the plugin to simply keep a log of all lock events. Any guidance available?

At the moment I can’t think of a way or doing that with current plugin or any others, without additional scripting...

U can use sqllogger and an sql query to get that

In utilities plugin you can get the sql done
