Multiple commands sent to dimmer

I've got HomeKit Bridge up and running. It's working great with actions and outlet devices, but I'm having trouble with lightbulb devices. I have SwitchLinc dimmers configured as lightbulbs. When I try to set a level either through the Home app or Siri, it sends the command to set the level, but immediately sends a 100% brightness command. Sometimes, it sends multiple commands alternating between the level I want and 100%, always ending at 100%.

Is there something I'm missing in how to configure?

It looks like this is the same issue as Proportional/ Dimmer settings not working properly #118, except I'm not using HomeKit automation. I've added my simulation info to that issue and will follow the updates there.
