Fan duration isn't working

I've not been able to get the Fan Duration command to work. The fan always turns on with a 4 hour duration. I'm running Indigo 7.1.1 with NEST Home plugin version 2.0.53.

Is this a known issue?

Is anybody else running into this? Are there any troubleshooting steps I could try?
