I just noticed while still debug on that no matter what is saved as pin into my Zipato Keypad any nonexisting code entered is transmitted:
For example when entering 1234: Raw command: 01 14 …. 31 32 33 34 00 00 00 00 00 00 …
I thought it would be great to have this as an event in Indigo with the actual number entered. At the moment I just can see a User code 0 is blank event.
If I could add an ‚Event unknown code (value 1234)‘ I could use this to trigger millions of other events.
So I could use the RFID tags to (dis)arm the alarm. And Just pressing Home-1-Enter could switch on the lights or whatever. So this would allow to use the keypad as a normal on/off switch for a 1048576 other thinks if one could remember all those ‚Pins‘
I know that I could enter those as user pins but having it as a value would allow for easier changes.
