Hi Joe,

I had been having issues with Better Email errors and removed and reinstalled it.
I've double checked the credentials for the Gmail account I use and they work as does email.

But when I try to connect to the new Better Email device, set the server as imap.gmail.com, entered the email account name and PW.
But I never get a green button for the new device. Not sure what's wrong. Triple checked the information.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Need debug logs. But I expect you're running into Gmail security issues. See https://support.google.com/mail/answer/ ... p-password
