Foscam Plugin - control/capture Foscam ip camera

I am just another humble hobbyist building plugins for fun. My plugins largely evolve from a desire to integrate devices in my home that have some form of web interface or api (webcams, a/v receivers, etc). I welcome your feedback, suggestions and challenges :)

If anyone is using a Foscam R2 PTZ HD camera, I have written a script that controls basic functions and posted it here.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but it seemed like a place that I might get the answer I need.

I'm trying to find a reference for pan tilt zoom commands for a Foscam camera. Every single web search I do for this leads me down a rabbit hole that ends at http://foscam.us/forum/cgi-sdk-for-hd-camera-t6045.html which does me no good because the company has removed the topic. Even the Wayback Machine doesn't help, because the download is members only and that won't work with the archive.

Anyone know the cgi syntax for pan-tilt-zoom on a model F1982 1P V2?
