WeatherSnoop Disconnect when WeatherSnoop announces update?

I don't know whether this is really a phenomenon or not. Has anyone else out there noticed that Indigo and WeatherSnoop disconnect when WeatherSnoop puts up a dialog announcing an upgrade?

I think I have seen this 3 times, the last being yesterday. WeatherSnoop upgrades are infrequent, so it's impossible for me to test this. I don't know whether this matters, but I run WeatherSnoop and Indigo on different machines. I am currently still using Indigo 6.x, but plan to try to upgrade to 7.x later today. I won't be able to see whether this remains a problem until there is another WeatherSnoop upgrade after that.

Not sure - if the dialog is a blocking dialog then it's likely it isn't responding to the HTTP requests that the plugin sends to it to get information. @Boisy might have the answer.

Just catching up on forum traffic here.

What you are seeing is an annoying aspect of auto-updating. Turning off auto-updates is the best way to work around this issue (which I'm sure you've realized by now).
