LATEST Version 0.3.06 - Minor bug fix and PILLOW update

Hi all

Minor update to correct a runtime error with Estimated Time formatting and a slight change in the way that PILLOW is managed to make it more flexible on install.

If your plugin is working fine then there's no need to upgrade at this time.
