Minor brand identity tweaks

I just got around to installing the 1.1.19 plugin upgrade, and along the way noticed a couple of places still labeled as HousePad:

- The "mobile client plugin update" email has one mention of HousePad in the top text (it also has one in the version log, but that shouldn't change).
- The plugin settings window in Indigo has a lurking HousePad reference.
