realtimehome update delay

I made a trigger to refresh a device (iFindStuff action). I wanted to refresh it on command to check the "realtimehome". I notice that it did update, but it took about 5-10 min. Is this normal or could we speed this process up in some way? Thanks!

I've been experiencing delays with IFindstuff updating entering or exiting my home geofence. Now that I'm looking at the configuration for the plugin, I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the battery level of the phone. I can always make the time between updates all the same (60) regardless of battery level.
