Using Fing as a new way to detect smartphone presence

Plugins that users have built. NOTE: plugins that were developed for Indigo versions older than 2022.1 will have to be updated to work with Indigo 2022.1 (Python 3 - see this blog post for details). If the plugin listed here is not in the Plugin Store (which will show updated plugins) then you will need to ask on the appropriate thread below if it has been updated and where you get get the update.

I'm sure I have :o

I have a keychain item for "fingrt" and when I turn on debug all I get this entry

It's pretty much the same thing, but the 401 error keeps popping up. I was trying to avoid it, but I'll try a factory reset and re-entering my settings to see if that clears it up.

ignore my last msg

1. password/userid is wrong
or
2. another mac/pc is already logged in, asus only allows ONE client to be connected at anytime. if you are logged in from another mac logout and wait 15 minutes

Quick question:

I am using fingscan in conjunction with iFindStuff and HomeBridge 2.0. Everything works extremely well except that I have a large number of ipDevices that I would need to input their device ID into the homeBridge config file to exclude them because there is a limit of 100 devices. Many of these devices are just network devices such as printers etc. Is there any way to have fingscan output the device ID's to a file so that I do not need to manually enter them?

half way there:
fingscan/ menu/ save IpDevices ==> creates a copy of the variables in documents/fing/fings.save

you might also try:
fingscan/ menu/ log details.. ==> see log file output.

Last night, I replaced my AirPort Extreme with an Asus RT-AC88U and am having trouble getting it to work with Smartphone Radar. I've installed Fing and the associated plugin, updated SPR to 1.1.4, and configured everything (I thought) to use Fing as a source of data for SPR. I am not currently configured to poll the router directly from the Fing plugin.

The Fing plugin is generating all the appropriate data and I see my assorted iPhones in the list of "up" devices, but SPR still thinks they're all away. In the SPR configuration, I have the path to the Fing.log file and the password to my Mac is stored.

What should I try to get this working?
