Is there a way to read the song/artist currently playing ?

I am just starting to play with Airfoil. I am testing with Radium playing Sirius XM. When I use iPhone as speaker output, the iPhone displays Song, artist, and radio station. Is there a way I can get Indigo to read these variables?

This has less to do with Airfoil and more to do with how you get that data from Radium. If it's AppleScript terminology allows you to get that data, then you can get it and store it in Indigo Variables.

Airfoil doesn't provide that data to Indigo.

What about from an Airport Express? If there is an Airport Express on my network, and someone is streaming to it, a) does that stream include track info (not even necessarily from iTunes, but from whatever source like what shows up in iOS media player controls)? And b) if that info is there, is there a way to get it?

AFAIK, there is no API to talk to an Airport Express.
