Try selecting com.apple.speech.speechsysthesisd as the source rather than IndigoServer.app. I forgot that newer OS revisions have a separate process that performs the speech rather than an application directly, so you have to select that as the source. It should show up on the list of sources in the Airfoil Actions->Change Audio Source action.

When I go to Airfoil Actions -> Change Audio Source, I get these options:

Applications: Indigo Server, Spotify, Indigo 6, Safari, Rdio
Device: Default System Input, Built-in Input, Soundflower (2ch), Soundflower (64ch)
System Audio (assumes Soundflower installed)

I did a search on my Mac also, but I didn't find the source you mentioned. Is there any chance that not having Soundflower on my Mac is the problem?
