Considering that B15 didn’t do anything other than a few bug fixes, you might have filesystem issues.

Yeah, something is very wrong... looks like homebridge is failing to start.

Remove the server ID folder in the prefs subfolder and restart the plugin, it should recreate it. That folder is not critical for historical data, it's simply a means to start Homebridge.

I ended up deleting everything in prefs (again) associated with HomeKit Bridge... and this time it worked. No idea what the difference was, but now things are back up and running again.

If "Not Yet Sent To HomeKit At All" means the same thing as "Not Yet Included on Any Server", I think the latter is better because it doesn't introduce another term ("Sent"). Also, not sure if the word "Yet" is needed.

That's it huh? I think that just about does it for me then . It works for my purposes so if someone else finds it useful then great but can't go chasing this moving target further. The burnout is complete.

Well, I was backing off on the commentary due to the burnout condition.

I missed seeing this before - your text just before the device list introducing yet another term ("publishing") for what I think is basically the same thing. Included, Sent, Published.

The only other thing I was thinking of suggestion, from a usability point of view, is that it would be nice if the fields you fill out when editing where grouped with the Edit action button, rather than top vs bottom of the dialog. But that would require duplicating or moving fields around a lot, which is probably more trouble than it's worth. That just goes back to my heartburn with the Edit/Delete action at the bottom so far away from the other controls.

Just had a chance to try setting this up tonight. But I have been unable to get it to start. I also tried reloading after I created the first bridge but still nothing. Currently the Bridge only has one device in but it won't start. Am I missing something?

No, that was relatively easy, but now the controls don't make sense and that will be the tough part. While I was sitting here waiting for over a million records to migrate and had nothing better to do I thought to my self "self, if you can get blown up you sure as a hell can get through this madness". Self agreed, brain is still struggling with the decision and heart gave up.

That is so nebulous that I'm not quite sure what to tell you. Can you give me any more information than this? Messages in the log? Did you try restarting the plugin? Have you examined the Homebridge folder in the prefs? Inquiring developers want to know.

Diver, do me favor and don't tell me this sucks , just tell me if this is generally what you were thinking realizing I still need to completely redesign the actions to make this make sense. I really don't want to hear that the UI sucks, I'm hanging on by a thread...

Have you restarted the plugin? It's a known issue that this has been needed for several users. Also, are you running Homebridge Buddy and is that plugin currently enabled?
