Hi there.

I've updated the NOAA Weather Plus plugin to version 1.1.9. It now includes "Water Temperature (°F)" and "Water Temperature (°C)" states in devices created with the NOAA Weather Plus plugin. Get the latest version here.

Use the weather station's latitude and longitude information to create a NOAA Weather Plus device using that station. So in your case, create a NOAA Weather Plus device using 26.13 (for the North coordinate), and -81.807 (for the West coordinate). I successfully created a NOAA Weather Plus device for your weather station using those coordinates when testing the 1.1.9 update.

The data feed we use for our NOAA plugin doesn't supply that data (it's only from Airports). Nathan's plugin uses a different feed which is (clearly) the one that has that data.
