I apologize for the confusion. It never occurred to me to use one server.

OK, if you have all the thermostats on one Ecobee account, then you need to create an Ecobee Account device on each server, and each one needs to be authenticated to the Ecobee servers. Which will require you add an app to the dashboard for each Indigo server. So you'll end up with two instances of the plugin app on the dashboard.

Then you should be able to add the appropriate thermostats to each Indigo server. All four thermostats will show up as potential devices, since all four are on the account. Add the appropriate thermostats to each server. If you want, you could add all four to your main house, so you can remote control it from your primary Indigo instance. That's totally optional.
