Siri will not control a device if already in desired state

Have tried making the change, but it doesn't seem to have worked. I'm still finding that if I manually switch on lights, Siri won't switch them off.

Did you reload the plugin?

Yes. Reloaded. Restarted Indigo Server. Restarted computer. Still no dice.

Have now sorted it in a way that suggests something else may not be quite right...

I had originally made the change in the Indigo 7.2 plugin folder. I've now made the same change in the Indigo 7 plugin folder and it works. Something somewhere is pointing to the wrong path.
