Can’t Connect to Starling Hub

Doubt the connect problem has anything to do with the plugin but maybe someone else has inexplicably lost connection to the Starling hub?
Literally fine one minute and lost connection the next. All other connected devices working fine.
Tried all the usual restarts and power cycling but no joy.
The light on the hub also appears completely normal.

Hi Carl,
Do you mean you can't log onto the Starling Hub via the web browser?

I have just logged onto mine OK, and performed a firmware update to version 14.2.1

The hub mysteriously fell off my network, then reappeared. What I didn’t notice was its IP had changed which of course is why I couldn’t connect to it.
All fine now.
