Let me have a look now I’ve got an API key.

If you want to send me your key as well if you’ve got different models/devices, that will help even more.

Hi

For anyone watching/interested, please try v2.0.0 and let me know how it goes.

As far as I can tell, it addresses all the queries asked on this thread:
  • Reason = 404 Client Error: Not Found for url
  • Reason = list index out of range
  • Reason = 'temperature'
  • Sensibo always defaults to 20 degrees celsius when setting a target temp
  • EOF occurred in violation of protocol (NOTE: This is due to your version of MacOS - you need to upgrade to High Sierra or beyond)
This is still written in Python2 to address the old issues before I upgrade it to Python3. I've only tidied and fixed code so it should be compatible with your current installs and upgrade in-place.

Python 3 version will split devices by type (Purifier, AC, Motion Sensor, etc) and will need you to reconfigure some of your actions/control pages etc.

I tried v2.0.0 and it did eliminate the temperature related error. Now all my log entries are green. The log shows that it successfully loaded the list with all my devices, however, it only offers the purifiers (not the AC controllers) as available options for new devices. And it also does not seem to offer the ability to change a state (e.g. fan speed), only to read current state. Not sure if that's by design or if something isn't working for me. Is this the same behavior other people are seeing?

Hi

Are you able to send me your API key via pm so I can experiment with what data you’re seeing; I’ve been playing with the code for a few more days so I can get a lot better out of it, but I still only have one persons data to code against.

Green means you’ve got debug turned on - I think I might have set it on by default during testing; go to plugin config to turn it off.

I’ve not touched the actions (yet) - they’re doing/not doing whatever they were in the authors old code.

Any Updates?... It would actually be kind of useful to automate the air purifiers as well. The weather has been amazing the last couple of days so the windows have been open and everything is great until I hear all the purifier start to spin up :(

I can’t remember whether I made changes after uploading that version; I was hoping Digi would send me his key but I’ve had nothing.

All I seem to get is

Sensibo Error Error Error: Reason = list index out of range

IDK what could have changed over the passed couple of days and now but I don't think it likes it.

Did all the basics, restart Mac, restart indigo, reload plugin... nothing helps

Anything I can do to further the development effort? I generally can't write anything from scratch but can usually accomplish small tasks involving code or troubleshooting.

I'm looking at this tonight.

I didn't realise you'd sent me your API key.

Try v201 here.

Note that this is what's been running on my mac for a month, but i'm currently on holiday and my Mac has decided to reboot into an OS upgrade so although I can get in to the fileshares, I can't currently get into the UI / Indigo to check it.

I think by the morning I should have access back to my Mac again.

The referenced topic has been locked, with the last post almost a year ago. Is there any plans for a Python 3 version any time soon? The next version of Indigo will render the current plugin unworkanble :(

I’m aware of the (unpublished) deadlines for Python 3 in terms of indigo releases and there will be a plugin out by that time.
